Solo Batik Carnival - Amazing Legend (June 25, 2011)

Yesterday i saw an annual event, Solo Batik Carnival. this is the 4th time the event was held. with my best friend Chrisna Canis Cara, we walked for about 15 minutes to the area to see the show. without a doubt, the city was crowd and the evening was alive. i always think that almost every people living in Solo came to see the event.

days before the event, i was expecting something amazing from this event. but soon the show began, i realized that my expectation was too high. i don't know why, but i think the show last night was not better than two years ago; 2009. the people who came made the show overcrowded. is it because saturday night so a lot of lovers came out to see???? besides, lack of performers made the show ended too fast. ok, i have to admit that their costumes were pretty amazing. but again the show ended too fast.

overall, though it was not as amazing as what i expected before, but at least i enjoyed coming to the show and finally have a reason to update this blog. i hope, next year the show will be more amazing and memorable than this year, or even the year 2009.
